Thank you so much. The event was superb! You have a great team at Ascot, nothing is too much trouble for you and them. I'm sorry I was a bit of a nightmare client. Always asking the same question several times... Your calmness and attention to detail kept me sane. I forgot to sign the bar receipt. Hopefully the bar shut at 1pm when we all went back into the awards? The food was great, just right. Thank you once again.

GREETINGS... All 4 were as expected, tremendous... Paul did a grand job...he ended up in the boardroom with 'beefy'. Joe was praised for handling a difficult room... And the other 2 for their first time on site did really well. All very well presented and professional.. Will confirm requirements for the next few games at back end of week...still tidying up England bits and bobs!
